In 2002, Robert Proctor—a master HVAC technician—and his wife Sue decided to build a company that put customers first. They worked evenings and weekends, often bringing their young son to job sites.
What started as an air conditioning repair service quickly grew as neighbors asked, "Can you fix my water heater too?" We added plumbing, then electrical, then solar—always hiring technicians who shared our family values.
Today, we're proud to employ second-generation technicians and serve thousands of families across Peoria, Surprise, Glendale, Sun City, and Buckeye. We still answer the phones personally, and Robert still visits every major job site.
